Resident Services
A convenient monthly service fee covers the complete menu of services and amenities that will be part of The Huntington lifestyle.

The services include one meal per day in various dining atmospheres, housekeeping every two weeks, all utilities (except personal phone), building and grounds maintenance, scheduled transportation, cable television service, cultural arts programs as well as assisted living and nursing home care, to name a few.

  • One meal a day for every day of the month in apartments
  • 15 meals per month in cottages
  • Paid utilities (except private telephone, internet service)
  • Expanded Digital Cable TV services
  • Housekeeping every two weeks
  • Scheduled transportation services
  • Maintenance of your apartment including provided appliances
  • Complete building and grounds maintenance
  • Real estate taxes
  • Building insurance
  • Personal Trainer
  • On-site activities coordinator
  • Extensive social, recreational, educational and cultural programs
