The Dining Services Staff take great pride in the food they serve our Residents. A wide
variety of Poultry, Beef, Pork and Seafood is served with at least 3 entrées available daily.
All vegetables are fresh…never canned, and all soups are homemade. An assortment of fresh baked
goods are available daily. In addition to the entrees being served, a heart-healthy choice is
always available for those who prefer it. Consultations with the Director of Dining Services or
our on-site Dietician regarding your individual dietary needs can be arranged.
We also have a variety of resources to offer ethnic foods including a Kosher Chef on staff. The menu will typically not repeat within a 5 week cycle. The Food Committee made up of Residents, the Executive Chef and the Director of Dining Services meet once a month to review menus, choices and new ideas. All are welcome. |
