Security and inner peace are within your grasp with the benefit of life care. Assisted living and nursing care, if ever needed, will be met in the on-site health care center at no additional cost. The peace of mind of planning for your future is also a precious gift you can give your family. A Full Complement of Services... A convenient monthly service fee covers the complete menu of services and amenities that will be part of The Huntington lifestyle. The services include one meal per day in various dining atmospheres, housekeeping every two weeks, all utilities (except personal phone), building and grounds maintenance, scheduled transportation, basic cable television service, cultural arts programs as well as assisted living and nursing home care, to name a few. Financial Protection... A one-time entrance fee includes a 90% refundable residential component and a modest life care component which covers the lifetime use of your apartment home and health care center.
