Residents of the Huntington Support Local Food Drive
| June 2007: The residents of the Huntington at Nashua donated over 500 pounds of food, as well as, $425, in support of the Summer Food Drive to help restock local food pantries. The Huntington residents participate in three food drives each year (spring, summer and fall). Resident Bob Ragsdale, coordinator of the drives at the Huntington, says “…We have a civic responsibility to assist those who are in need at this time in their lives. They benefit from our generosity and we benefit from being an integral part of a caring greater Nashua community.” |
