How to Join the
Cottage Priority List at
The Huntington at Nashua
- Make an appointment to visit The Huntington at Nashua to view information on the
cottages that are now under development.
- Submit a fully refundable $2500 priority deposit fee.
- You will be assigned a number in order of receipt of the
Priority Deposit Agreement
as a result of your deposit. A priority list number will be assigned to you that will
establish the order in which priority depositors will be invited to select the
location of their Huntington at Nashua cottage.
- Your deposit insures that you will receive the lowest price at which the cottages will be
offered if you convert your priority list deposit to a 10% deposit.
- You will be invited to Priority Deposit Agreement holder only events to be kept abreast on
new information and updates on construction.
