| We at The Huntington at Nashua are so very excited about the new additions that have begun at our beautiful community. C.E. Floyd of Bedford, Massachusetts was chosen to manage the construction of the Phase II Expansion. This construction project is anticipated to take 9 months with the expectation that we will be celebrating the holidays in our new surroundings. |

- Existing Library will become a new meeting room
- The existing 50-seat movie theater will remain untouched
- Stairwells will be added to the center of the building
- Additional office space and office storage
- A new Reception area and lobby
- Expanded lounge area for newspaper and magazine reading
- A new porte-cochere will be added to the front door

- Existing Exercise Center will be expanded into 2 areas; one room dedicated to stationary equipment and weights and a second room dedicated to aerobics/floor exercises
- A new activities room to accommodate our large array of activities and events
- A brand new library including 500 linear fee of adjustable shelving, display cases for residents’ artwork, computer stations as well as wi-fi capability through library and lounges

- A 3rd dining venue to enjoy
- A 200+ seat auditorium complete with a stage. This area can also be converted into meeting room for activities and events as well as lounge area for Social Hours and other dining events
- An ice-cream shop will be added to our Bistro Café
|
We will also be expanding our assisted living, known as Kent Village, to include 12 additional private assisted living rooms with private baths. This will create a total
of 24 private assisted living rooms and 24 private nursing rooms all with private baths. |
